Come and join us at this exciting and eventful time! We currently have a variety of temporary contracts from 4 weeks to 11 months in length with both full and part time hours available.
We have a range of different roles from administration, coordination, accounts, reception, PA/EA to events and marketing.
Dependent on the role, tasks of a temp can include:
- Assisting a team through a range of administrative functions
- Updating internal databases
- Preparing and formatting documents/reports
- Responding to queries both internally and externally
- Organising meetings, functions and events
- Coordinating agendas and taking minutes
- Diary management & travel bookings
- Monthly budget reporting and tracking departmental expenditure
- Written correspondence
- Updating marketing materials and maintaining online web content
- Meeting and greeting visitors
- Booking couriers and organising catering
- Filing and photo-copying
- Booking meeting rooms
- Fielding and transferring phone calls
- Monitoring departmental Outlook inbox
We are looking for candidates with at least two years proven experience in the above areas and the ability to hit the ground running. Previous experience within a tertiary environment is preferred but not essential.
