Full-Time Talent Advisory Services Manager – 12 Month Fixed-term

Due to an internal secondment we are looking for a passionate people leader to take up the reigns of our Talent Advisory Services team, providing them with leadership and support to ensure a high-quality customer service to ACC people leaders and employees.

As Talent Advisory Services Manager, you’ll have responsibility for service management, process improvement and ongoing refinement of service delivery for Talent with a view to delivering a simpler, more effortless experience for our customers.

Leading a small team responsible for timely and accurate responses to HR Help enquiries from people leaders and employees with an aim of first contact resolution, you’ll be responsible for reviewing and monitoring service usage and trends across our channels and using these to drive self-service innovation. The team also manages the paperwork and onboarding process for all new ACC employees.

What we are looking for from you to be successful in this role:

  • Proven people leadership experience
  • Generalist HR experience and knowledge
  • Ability to work under pressure, set priorities and manage tight deadlines
  • Excellent interpersonal, relationship management and influencing skills
  • A team player who is comfortable working in a team of teams

This is a unique opportunity to play a key leadership role within ACC’s Talent Service Delivery team where you’ll get exposure to a wide range of stakeholders across our organisation. The Talent Service Delivery team delivers talent acquisition, payroll, talent insights and reporting and HR Help services to all of ACC.
