The Faculty of Engineering has a fantastic opportunity for an individual with excellent customer service and engaging skills to join the Student Development and Engagement team. The Student Experience Advisor is responsible for connecting with students, providing support throughout the student lifecycle and improve the student experience.
This role blends student-facing and administrative activities and will be assisting in the expansion of our student development programme alongside supporting the other initiatives offered by the team. This is a 0.5 FTE (18.75 hrs per week) role and begins in May/June 2018 for 1 year.
If you have delivered a high standard of customer service to a diverse range of stakeholders, have an aptitude for building relationships and an innate sense of empathy this could be an exciting opening in which you can further develop your career.
In addition, if you have previous tertiary experience or worked with students that would be favourable. This is a small team so if you can both work well within a team and perform independently that will be ideal.
