Temporary Senior Support Officer – Wellington
Full-time position based in Wellington
Fixed-term to June 2020

We are offering a fantastic opportunity to join Business Services and would be happy to accept applications from recent graduates with a passion for property/facilities management.
Reporting to the Team Leader Business Support, this role will provide support for our flexible working environment including co-ordination of floor moves and requests for additional desks. You will also assist with provision of customer services across our group, provide general facilities management support, book travel, raise purchase orders, process security access card requests and take responsibility for our locker management system.
Your proactive nature means that you are always looking for the best possible outcomes for any opportunity that presents itself. Your ability to confidently communicate with a range of people across all levels of the business means that you can deliver customer service to meet a range of needs within the organisation.
To be successful in this role you will have the following:

- Excellent time management skills
- Work well under pressure
- Flexibility and a desire to learn
- A positive can-do attitude
- Strong capability in the full Microsoft Office Suite
- Previous administration experience (desirable but not mandatory)
