The Business School is seeking to appoint a Senior Programmes Consultant to join the Executive Education team in the GSM. This is a permanent role focused working with client organisations to design and deliver In House learning and development initiatives for teams.
The main purpose of the role is to design and support delivery of learning and development initiatives for teams of managers from client organisations.
The role has a strong business development focus involving actively pursuing leads to convert into courses, responding to enquires and preparing proposals as required. It also includes developing networks and attending appropriate industry events to generate and convert leads into successful courses, long term business and satisfied customers.

To excel in this role you will have a passion for personal and professional development and strong skills and experience in:
- Customer-facing roles in an educational or service organisation
- A business development or sales-orientated role
- Confidence proactively talking with clients and leads
- Solid client relationship, networking and customer service skills
- Strong cross-cultural written and verbal communication skills
- A flexible and innovative approach with the ability to exercise initiative and contribute effectively within a team environment.
- Well-developed organisational and detail oriented skills with a professional focus on achieving goals
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
