Full-Time Research Programme Coordinator
The School of Population Health currently based on the University of Auckland Tamaki Campus is seeking to employ a Research Programme co-ordinator to join the School’s team supporting researchers with research project co-ordination, navigation of research support services and operational support both pre- and post-award.
This is part of an initiative by the University to enhance support for researchers, their careers and ensuring investment into research support be most effectively utilised to support the universities ambitious strategic research goals.
We are looking for a person
- Who has ability to develop productive working relationship with researchers and service partners
- Holds a tertiary qualification
- Has knowledge of project budget management and financial systems
- Has experience working in a tertiary or research intensive environment
- Who is proficient in the use of the Microsoft suite
- Has strong planning and organising capabilities
About the School:
The School is within the Faculty of Medical and Health Sciences. Its mission is to work with others to provide the knowledge and skills needed to improve the health of all New Zealanders.
The School’s primary focus of the school lies on health areas of special interest and significance for Auckland and New Zealanders, however it has strong links internationally and in particular with researchers and health providers across the Pacific
This is a full-time professional staff appointment level 4 appointment (37.5 hours per week)
