Mō tēnei tūranga – About this role

You will join a team that offers variety and an experienced team of high performing professionals. It’s a great opportunity to learn and grow in the wider Business Systems team.

In this role you will be providing a great customer experience as well as risk-reduction as changes and releases are both tested and be responsible for the planning and coordination of all phases and activities involved in releasing into controlled environments for the Business Systems team.

You will also do the following:

  • Manage new and changed user access to the Business Systems applications
  • Facilitate release meetings and will develop the release recommendation and rel ease deployment plans, identifying priorities, conflicts, dependencies and risks for the release

You will be an enthusiastic, positive person with a ‘can do’ attitude who can provide a great customer experience as well as risk-reduction as changes and releases are both tested and implemented.

Our ideal Release Coordinator will do the following:

  • Have the ability to make an impact and will be respected for your expertise and IT systems knowledge
  • Work closely with Business Systems teams to schedule the release of new systems and applications
  • Be responsible for the planning and coordination of all phases and activities involved in releasing into controlled environments for the Business Systems team
  • Manage new and changed user access to the Business Systems applications
  • Facilitate release meetings and will develop the release recommendation and release deployment plans, identifying priorities, conflicts, dependencies and risks for the release
