Be responsible for facilitating assessment centres, conducting interviews, probity checks and SO much more. This is an amazing opportunity for an experienced recruiter to join an internal recruitment team, to build and grow your career within a like-minded, positive team of professionals.
Our client requires a highly capable Recruitment Specialist who can demonstrate; high volume recruitment expertise, leadership capabilities, as well as developed planning, decision making and stakeholder management experience.
This is a varied and fast paced position, where you will utilise your past recruitment expertise, to enable and appropriately apply the recruitment and selection process within a volume based environment. You will provide best practice recruitment, selection and support to applicants throughout their recruitment journey and contribute to a highly value driven, team environment. In addition, you will draw on your previous well honed, recruitment experience to assist, support and train other team members to achieve their goals.
Reporting to the Recruitment Manager; you will be part of a team who processes applicants through a pipeline of selection, assessment interviews and psychometrics to determine their suitability. You will support applicants via continued touch points, ensuring recruits are kept up to date at all times.
This position will see you;
- Conducting behavioural interviews
- Administering selection tests
- Responding to applicant communications
- Identifying and addressing applicant development needs
- Report writing, collating applicant documentation
- Stakeholder & applicant care and feedback
- Conducting reference & vetting checks
- Continually updating applicant files
- Manage decline feedback to applicants
- Establish contacts between recruits and their posting district

As an up to date professional, you will be current on HR and recruitment trends, have solid networks and be respected within the industry.
You may be an agency recruiter looking to gain a foothold into an internal recruitment operation or be an established in-house recruiter with exposure to candidate selection. Applications from those with high Volume, Agency and/or Public sector experience is preferred.
