Permanent Receptionist and Customer Service Administrator

As the Receptionist/Customer Service Administrator, you’ll provide friendly and professional services to students, staff and visitors at the main office on our Mount Albert campus. As the primary point of contact, you’ll play a key role in creating a great first impression, and providing accurate information and support for all inquiries whether in-person, via phone or email.
You’ll use your strong administration skills to ensure the front desk and general functions are running smoothly, including finance administration, travel booking, event organisation and tracking meeting room bookings.
You have demonstrative experience in a customer service or reception role and understand the importance of great customer service. You have an interest and passionate about education. A pro with computers, you have strong proficiency in MS Office Suite, as well as an ERP system.
