The Business School is seeking to appoint a Programmes Advisor to join the Executive Education, this is a full-time permanent role. The main purpose of the role is to provide professional advice to assist individuals and businesses to choose the best Executive Education programmes across GSM and to convert leads into enrolments. The role also works closely with the Business School Communications and Marketing team to plan and execute marketing activities for Executive Education.
Skills and experience
If you are driven, adaptable, have a marketing qualification and have experience which demonstrates excellent customer service, we would like to hear from you.
To excel in this role you will have a passion for personal and professional development and strong skills and experience in:
- Marketing experience including social media, SEM and lead generation
- Customer-facing or sales-oriented role in an educational or service organisation
- Confident client relationship, networking and customer service skills (including phone based)
- Strong cross-cultural written and verbal communication skills
- A flexible and innovative approach with the ability to exercise initiative and contribute effectively within a team environment.
- Well-developed interpersonal, organisational, and project management skills with a professional focus on achieving goals
