The Discipline of Media and Communication located in the School of Social Sciences at the University of Auckland, New Zealand’s largest and highest ranked university, is seeking a suitably qualified and experienced candidate for a full-time Professional Teaching Fellow position in Screen Production to support their undergraduate and postgraduate curriculum.
The successful applicant will be expected to teach four to five courses a year at undergraduate and graduate level, contribute to teaching postgraduate research degrees, if appropriate, and undertake service within the discipline and school.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the delivery of two core courses as follows:
- SCREEN 200 Foundations of Screen Production
- SCREEN 701 Introduction to Directing
Other teaching duties will be determined depending on programme needs.
In order to be considered for this role, applicants must have a Master’s degree in Screen Production, relevant publications, and teaching experience.
