Full-Time Policy Analyst and Senior Policy Analyst

We are looking for capable and committed policy professionals to help lead the development of policy in a high profile, new and challenging area.

Successful candidates will join our policy community and be based in the Education System Policy Group. Our group has a strong policy culture and works on issues affecting a huge system that directly impacts the lives of all New Zealanders.
We are looking for an experienced Senior Policy and Policy Analysts to join the Pacific Education Policy team. This team leads a range of strategic policy work to support, lift and accelerate education system performance for Pacific learners and their families.
Quality teaching is the most significant in-school influence on educational outcomes, and parents’, families and communities are the most significant out of-school influence. The successful candidates will have opportunities to contribute to improving outcomes within and outside of the education system.
We have a challenging and engaging work programme that includes strategic and legislative work and contributes to a number of this Government’s education reviews.
