In a period of capability building, following growth and unprecedented brand recognition with the marketplace, we are seeking to attract 3 top applicants for on-site managers to join the Best Youth Academy (BYA) based in Manukau, Puhinui and New Lynn.
Providing overreaching management across multifaceted teams, your focus will be optimising student engagement, and progress through actively inspiring, motivating, directing, coaching and monitoring team performance.
Your role is far reaching, ranging from site overview and management through to ensuring educational achievement levels are met. You will be required to tap into your diverse portfolio of skills to ensure yourself and your team are well equipped and deliver on key deliverables.
Notwithstanding, your affinity for Māori and Pacific peoples will be at the core of your values and ‘best practice’ approach.
