We need a true business partner to work alongside our business and provide hands-on operational services and support, as well as strategic advice. You will work with leaders and staff, providing generalist support in recruitment, performance management, employment relations, and learning and development. You will also play an important role, along with other team members and leaders across the organisation, in implementing the strategic People Plan which is currently under development.
You will have a strong focus on coaching and developing our people leaders. Your background in providing expert HR support and advice to all levels of an organisation, coupled with your ability to self-organise and deliver great results, will ensure you stand out. A strong background in one or more of remuneration, performance, culture and wellbeing, HR systems and technology, business improvement and project management will be an advantage.
Amazing communication skills, integrity, resilience and a sense of humour are essential.
