Ānei mātou e tū māhaki nei, hei māngai mo ngā take hauora i raro i te maru o What Ever it Takes Home Based Rehabilitation Services – Ū ki te whānau ora.
Multiple Leadership Roles doing What Ever it Takes
Fantastic opportunity to affect real change for individuals and their whānau who have experienced trauma through serious injury and utilising your cultural empathy for a well-established but rapidly growing ‘game changing’ organisation.
- Support the build and delivery of a centre of excellence.
- Culture implemented through all aspects of the organisation.
- High integrity, values driven and indigenous culture-based organisation.
What Ever it Takes Group is made up of a collective of companies established with the intent purpose of supporting Māori Clinical models and practises to achieve Whānau ora, which is a major contemporary indigenous health initiative driven by Māori cultural values. We are a kaupapa Māori service provider that supports clients and whānau that have been affected by serious injury and nurtures their recovery with an emphasis on rehabilitation and family goals to support a holistic approach toward wellness. In addition, we serve to empower communities and extended families within the community context, rather than individuals within an institutional context.
What Ever it Takes specialises in delivering culturally aligned clinical and care programmes through our Practise model – Ngākau Purotu that encourages innovation and sets the standard by working as a collective with our group of companies and Charitable Trust. We have developed specialised training/learning modules to create pathways and workforce development for those with a passion to provide healthcare to whānau Māori. We offer internships, leadership programs and mentoring and we implement our programmes of care and rehabilitation through our proven practise model – Ngakau Purotu. Having an understanding of tikanga Māori, acknowledging the influence of manaakitanga and appreciating the importance of whanaungatanga in the journey to recovery is essential.
We are looking to recruit for three significant positions.
- Business Innovation and Growth Management Position
- National Operations Leader
- HR and Recruitment
Regardless of the position you believe you are aligned to, you will demonstrate the ability to develop and establish supportive and collaborative relationships with those you work with, including clinicians, members of whānau and relevant support networks and groups. Joining a growing ‘centre of excellence’ which caters for high needs, complex clients via clinical and therapeutic staff delivering through a cultural lens, may be a new concept for some but if you are seeking a different approach rather than a mainstream paradigm, our organisation has the track record that proves it works, and works well on many levels.
Qualifications in health/social services, management, training and previous experience working within the roles outlined and the health sector are all highly desirable.
We value the dignity of all for those who share our core Whānau Ora values to join our collective and are seeking to speak with suitably experienced and qualified individuals who are keen to demonstrate their passion in breaking down barriers that prevent people from living life to the fullest. In return you will be well rewarded, supported and celebrated.
