An exciting opportunity has arisen in our Ministerials team for a talented individual who loves to be busy and can provide high quality administrative support and advice for our business teams. You will provide pro-active, effective ministerial processing and support for the Sector Enablement and Support group to meet the requirements and deadlines of the Ministry’s Government Executive and Ministerial Servicing team and the Ministers Office.
You will be working as part of the team to provide timely, efficient and responsive services, ensuring systems are in place for all requests to be monitored for timely completion.
This is a fast-paced environment which can often require managing several priorities at once.
To be successful in this role you will need:
- A good working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite
- Good interpersonal, organisational and time management skills
- Good oral and written communication skills
- Attention to detail
- An ability to work under pressure and manage conflicting demands
- A can-do attitude with the ability to prioritise
- A good sense of humour
