Permanent, part time – 20 hours per week

A great opportunity is available for an enthusiastic Logistics Operator to complete order deliveries and provide logistics and operations support for the Venue and Event Services teams and University faculties and departments.

Working as part of the Venue Services team, your main responsibilities will include:

  • Completing order requests and logistical support tasks across the University
  • Delivering and maintaining logistics orders, including Goldie Estate Wine orders
  • Assisting with all aspects of equipment delivery and logistics support in consultation with the Venue and Event Services teams
  • Organising and assisting with scheduling, cost estimates, invoicing, resources and services as required
  • Working with a team of casual logistics staff

You will have a demonstrated ability to deliver great logistical support with strong motivation, initiative and flexibility with a ‘can do’ attitude to contribute to the successful and cost efficient delivery of University events and venue operations.

Physically fit with relevant experience in delivery/logistics work, you will be self-motivated, strategic and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
