Lecturer/Senior Lecturer

School of Interprofessional Health Studies

The School of Interprofessional Health Studies is seeking a Lecturer/Senior Lecturer for a fixed term, part-time (0.6 FTE) position.

This school provides core semester papers for first-year students, papers within the Bachelor of Health Science standard pathway and other shared papers taken by programmes in the Faculty of Health and Environmental Sciences. This role will be situated at the North campus on Akoranga Drive but may be required to teach on the South campus situated in Manukau.

The ideal candidate will be an excellent teacher at the university level, with a high level of academic literacy and good organisational skills who will enjoy working in a collaborative environment. Preference is for a health professional with experience working in the New Zealand health environment holding a doctoral qualification. An interest in interprofessional health and education initiatives would be an advantage.
