 Mō te tūnga | The role

In your role as Senior Advisor – Process Improvement, you will report to the Senior Manager – Business Insights and Improvement and work in close partnership with Senior Leaders, and their teams, across the organisation, to drive a deliberate focus on process improvement that supports the organisation to operate simply and strategically.

With a focus on change, this role will require you to collaborate with the broader organisation, in particular the Principal Advisor – Process Improvement and others to establish a corporate centre of excellence for continuous process improvement;  and to ensure that continuous improvement activity is integrated with the organisations’ strategy and business plans.

This is a critical role for the organisation, that will require working across teams. To ensure success, building trusted relationships and delivering with others will be a significant part of this role.

Starting salary: $83,747 – $98,526 negotiable

 Mōu | About you

  • Tertiary qualification in relevant field or equivalent experience.
  • Ideally 5-8 years’ relevant continuous process improvement experience within a complex organisation.
  • Excellent working knowledge of continuous process improvement methodologies and the development of non-financial performance metrics. As evidenced by experience and/or relevant qualifications.
  • Demonstrated success in facilitation and coaching to deliver collaborative outcomes.
  • Experience in implementing and leading change in an organisation.
  • Ability to engage, collaborate and influence across all levels of an organisation.
  • Able to professionally present sometimes complex information to a range of audiences.
