About the role

You’ll be part of the future-focused International Development Services team, helping Wintec identify, secure and implement viable projects. This includes working with international partners to scope and implement significant programmes that address systemic vocational challenges and build capability across education, primary, technology, trades, health, renewable energy and other sectors.

You will source opportunities through a mix of existing and new partnerships and formal procurement tenders by multilateral development assistance donors and coordinate a mix of internal expertise, local partners and additional specialist consultancy.

International jurisdictions include an emphasis on our Pacific Region and South East Asia with strategic positioning for specific markets and potential offerings providing scope for you to bring your international experience and connections to the table.

Your combination of relationship building skills, business acumen, vocational sector knowledge, awareness of developing country contexts, experience managing complex change-related projects and ability to innovate will contribute to your success in this role.
