Financial Aid Coordinator
The Applications and Admissions Office seeks a Financial Aid Coordinator to manage the University’s participation in the United States Federal Financial Aid (William D Ford Direct Loans) programme.
The successful applicant will be a key member of a small team helping to ensure the success of the University’s participation in the United States Federal Financial programme.
We are looking for a team player who is motivated and enthusiastic about providing excellent customer service. You will have excellent administrative and analytical skills and be organised and systematic in your approach to tasks. You will demonstrate sound judgment and excellent problem solving skills.
A high level of computer literacy, a tertiary qualification and the ability to work in a multi-cultural work environment are essential.
In addition to this we are looking for someone with excellent organisational and communication skills as well as the ability to work well under pressure with excellent attention to detail, who can contribute to the advisory/support services provided to applicants and students.
