The role

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Faculty Administrator to join us, responsible for the provision of secretarial and administrative support to the Chairs of the numerous faculty committees, as well as supporting the Deputy Dean and Associate Deans.

  • This position will suit a confident and proactive individual, with experience gained in administration or a related committee support function with a high level of discretion, as you will be working with sensitive information.
  • Your ability to build effective relationships, problem solve and provide effective support will be critical.
  • You will be able to demonstrate excellent organisational skills, the ability to work with limited supervision and provision of excellent committee support.
  • You will be an advanced user of the Microsoft Office suite, with excellent communication skills gained across multiple business levels.

Based at our Grafton Campus, this is a permanent, part time position working 33.75 hours per week (0.9 FTE). There is some degree of flexibility with the work pattern for these hours each week.

Professional Staff Level 3.
