This is a brand new position and provides an exciting opportunity to be part of the Chief Executive’s team. As the Executive Support Coordinator you will be working in a fast paced environment across a range of senior executive stakeholders in and outside of our organisation.

About the role
Much of this role will be focused on coordinating a wide range of senior executive forums and working groups. This includes agenda planning, collation & distribution of papers and extensive minute taking. You’ll be able to identify issues & actions that may have an impact on other meetings and forums, ensuring any alignment issues are raised with the relevant leads. You’ll navigate through the complexity of multiple stakeholders with ease to ensure all facts, statistics and points of view are recorded and shared appropriately. You will have a strong ability to understand nuances and sensitivities in meeting minutes and records to ensure that the correct actions and records are kept. You will be a completer/finisher who is personable with a willingness to develop into a self-reliant Coordinator. With your exceptional levels of integrity you will understand working with sensitive and confidential information.
Working directly with each Chairperson and through your diligent, organised, and at times, nimble and agile approach, the value you provide will be succinct, clear, proactive and solution-orientated support. This will ensure that the most precious currency for senior executives – time – is invested well. Quality will be your mantra – do it once and do it right. - Experience in the health sector or other complex environment.
- Minimum 3 years’ administrative experience i.e, secretarial/personal assistant position.
- Extensive experience in minute taking with minimum typing speed of 80 wpm.
- You will possess strong verbal reasoning, the ability to understand and summarise clearly in writing and be an articulate communicator.
- Intermediate level knowledge the Office Suite of programmes (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Whilst this is not a graduate entry position, you may be a graduate with work experience looking for their next challenge.
- Ability to work under pressure with minimal supervision without sacrificing attention to detail.
- Excellent interpersonal skills to manage many stakeholders, build relationships and manage conflict.
