The Centre for Innovation and Entrepreneurship at the University of Auckland has been established to support, profile and be the hub for innovation and entrepreneurial programmes and activities. For over a decade, the Centre has created courses and extra-curricular activities promoting innovation and entrepreneurship including those of its highly rated Velocity Entrepreneurship programme.
The Centre for Innovation and Entrepreneurship is entering a period of high growth and has an ambitious strategy to position ourselves as international leaders in the innovation and entrepreneurship space. To achieve these goals, we are looking for outstanding, passionate and entrepreneurial people to join our team.
You will have a collaborative working style with outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, which help you to get things done. With a track record of success in previous EA roles supporting a senior executive, you know your true passion is organising others.
You will be experienced in building effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders at all levels. You will have strong written and verbal communication skills, and be advanced in Microsoft Outlook and PowerPoint.
Creative thinking, initiative and being able to work collaboratively as part of a large team are also key for success in this role.
This is a full time, fixed term contract until the end of September 2019
