We have this amazing opportunity to join us as an Enterprise Risk and Compliance Analyst, where you will support the Manager, Enterprise Risk and Compliance and also work with the team to create the disciplines and risk culture that enable ACC to improve the maturity of its risk management activities across ACC.

A bit about the role and what you’ll be doing:

  • You’ll be working with the team to provide relevant briefings and recommendations, initiating action and implementing change plans as requested by the Head of Risk and Assurance
  • Providing research, analysis and advice
  • Working with the team to design, develop and implement relevant risk and compliance frameworks, guidelines and processes
  • Providing the first line of assurance with oversight, challenge and advice regarding relevant risk and compliance matters
  • Support with production of reports for the Executive and the Board
  • Champion’s the development of a strong risk culture with stakeholders
  • Driving innovation and continuous improvement in risk and compliance practices

What we need from you to be successful:

  • You will have passion for Technology and identifying ways in which new technology and applications can be used successfully in the risk management
  • Have sound interpersonal and strong communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Be a self-starter with excellent analytical and problem-solving ability
  • Have proven experience delivering to aggressive time frames
  • Be a team player
  • Demonstrated attention to detail
  • A naturally collaborative style to enable effective working relationships with stakeholders
