Are you an experienced Early Childhood Educator looking for a new opportunity?
We are seeking New Zealand-qualified early childhood teachers to be the first in our fantastic new centre! TheUniversity of Auckland is proud to be opening a brand new, bespoke designed and state of the art early childhood centre. Conveniently located in Grafton in close proximity to public transport, the centre is purpose built for the comfort of both children and Kaiako.
This new centre is fully equipped with modern features, including a spacious non-contact area and staff room and a dedicated children’s dining area (no more disruption tables at the end of meals!). It also showcases an exciting outdoor area, with many attractive natural features.
We are seeking applications from New Zealand qualified early childhood teachers with good spoken and written English to lead the way in our new facility. You must have enthusiasm, a passion for continuous learning, knowledge of Te Whāriki and show a genuine interest in working with under 5 year olds. You will need to be confident writing learning stories and be dedicated to this truly rewarding work.
In return, you will receive excellent mentoring from inspiring leaders who will work in tandem with kaiako to mentor and grow new leaders and work in a brand new facility specifically designed for tamariki and kaiako needs.
