Job Description

Join our newly formed in-house business consultancy that uses customer facts and feelings to solve problems and make opportunities happen. We use analytics, design and behaviour change methodologies to find the best solutions looking at product and service constructs, processes, policies, communications and other behavioural influences. We work with other parts of the ACC to support and influence change for better customer outcomes.

What you will be doing

This position reports to the Behaviour Change Manager and is a pivotal role in advancing the use of behavioural insights and behaviour change principles within ACC. You’ll unpick challenges and opportunities and help build behavioural insights capability across the organisation by helping others “learn by doing” through our design initiatives.

What experience or skills would you need to be successful?

Middle to senior experience of the following:

  • the EAST, COM-B and/or other behavioural insights and behaviour change models
  • the design process, either directly or supervisor capacity
  • qualitative research, either directly or supervisor capacity
  • project management skills – task identification and work in progress management
  • Strategic direction of projects – able to see the big picture and convince others about programme objectives, outputs and methodology.
