The Business Transformation Office (BTO ) is part of the Organisational Performance and Improvement (OPI) Service Division. OPI is responsible for the effective delivery and transition of strategic transformation projects, portfolio management and delivery of staff services. BTO provides services, tools and expertise to build and extend the ways in which the University’s services and processes are designed, delivering transformational improvement and innovation.
An exceptional opportunity has arisen for an experienced Analyst Delivery Manager to lead and coach a team of analysts whilst overseeing the scheduling and allocation of analyst services to business transformation projects across the University.
As BA Delivery Manager, you will provide leadership that motivates and encourages a culture of knowledge sharing and professional development to ensure the delivery of services that are innovative, agile and aligned to best practice. You will have a genuine interest in people and enjoy creating a team culture that is collaborative, creative and adaptable to change.
A critical thinker, you will be able to recognise what is required from our team of skilled analysts and will effectively plan and report on service delivery to ensure quality assurance and overall integrity of BTO services.
Our ideal candidate
- You will be an experienced people leader with proven experience leading a team of analysts in a large, complex organisation
- You will have the ability to mentor and coach staff and build capability within the team
- You will have understanding of business and process architecture, process improvement and continuous improvement along with innovation methods such as Six Sigma, Lean, Agile and Design Thinking
- Be able to set and manage standards of service delivery and be customer focused
- Be highly organised with the ability to plan and forecast and manage resources effectively
