Fixed-term Data Administrator
Cancer Trials New Zealand (CTNZ) and The NETwork! Programme are key groups within the University’s Discipline of Oncology. The primary focus of CTNZ is to support the development of new research ideas from scientists and clinicians wanting to develop clinical trials to improve cancer care for NZ patients. The NETwork! project is a national collaboration of cancer physicians in New Zealand that aims to develop a national clinical framework to manage the treatment of patients with neuroendocrine tumours (NETs), a poorly understood group of cancers of growing clinical relevance.
CTNZ and NETwork! Are closely related groups within the Discipline of Oncology, and these groups are looking to recruit an experienced Data Administrator to work across both teams. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting with project organisation and administration, providing support to the Director of CTNZ, the Research Operations Manager and Programme Manager of CTNZ and NETwork! and the NETwork! project Lead Investigators. You will be a proactive self-starter, able to work to identify and resolve problems. This is a fantastic opportunity to be involved in large scale, collaborative research projects with the potential to significantly impact on cancer care in NZ.
