Education Infrastructure Service (EIS), a part of the Ministry of Education, manages the Crown’s second largest property portfolio of around 2,100 schools with a book value of $18.3 billion, the largest payroll in the country, and transportation of over 100,000 students to and from school each day.

About the role
You will be part of a collaborative team and support the investment office to ensure that investment and business case functions deliver high quality outputs to the investment board. You will also provide secretariat support to the and work closely with the Policy Analyst (Investment and Governance) to support the smooth running of the board.
You will have lots of energy and be able to manage multiple tasks at one time and will be a good communicator and very well organised. You will have great time management skills and be a self-starter that requires minimal supervision. Ideally you will have had some experience in a coordinator role before and have knowledge or experience in an infrastructure related area.
