Full-Time Client Service Leader – Treatment and Support and Payments

ACC is shifting the way we work with our clients to deliver meaningful support and guidance to over two million people recovering from accident or injury each year.
As a Client Service Leader, you will play a key role as you engage and motivate your team, so they can deliver a great experience and outcomes for our customers.
This is an exciting time to join ACC as we look to implement our new Client Service Delivery Model in a few months, with Dunedin being our first site. Our new model has been designed to ensure we are delivering a great service that meets the needs and expectations of our customers. We’ll have a number of Customer Engagement teams who will work directly with our clients, providers and business customers to ensure our clients are supported in their recovery. These teams are supported by centralised administration and support services, to enable a seamless customer experience.
The Treatment and Support and Payments teams are critical to ensuring our clients have a seamless experience. Within our Treatment and Support function, teams will support clients who require treatment or specialised assessments. Within our Payments function, teams will support clients who receive compensation, reimbursement or any other type of financial support.

In the role of Client Service Leader you will lead a number of Team Leaders, to ensure they are focussed driving great outcomes for our clients. As part of our new model, you will provided with the tools, technology and ways of working to ensure you and your teams are successful.
