This role provides professional business and administrative support to frontline staff who work with education providers, children and their families across the Hawke’s Bay region. This is a permanent, full time position is based in the Napier office.
To be considered for this role, you’ll be able to think on your feet and use your initiative, you will enjoy taking responsibility and you must have previous administration experience in a busy office.
You will also be able to demonstrate the following:
- A positive ‘can do’ attitude and willingness to learn
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Intermediate to advanced computing skills (Outlook, Word, Excel, databases)
- An ability to multi-task, problem solve and meet deadlines
- A strong customer service focus
- A current driver’s licence
