Full-Time Assistant Team Administrator

The State Services Commission (SSC) leads the public sector to make a positive difference for New Zealand and New Zealanders.
An exciting opportunity has arisen within our Corporate Services team for a Team Administrator. In this role, you would be responsible for, but not limited to reception cover, telephone enquiries and updating our Visitor Management System.
Administrative tasks to include setting up meeting rooms, assisting with tea trolleys/catering, printing and binding, creating/updating excel spreadsheets and photocopying.
Facility tasks to include Health & Safety Inductions, ID card and locker allocation, maintaining kitchen/bathroom and general office supplies, monitor maintenance checks and call outs.
General office and facility support to Team Leader and the wider Corporate Service Team as required.
To be successful in this role you will need to have a high level of communication and writing skills. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Windows – including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook. An ability to meet the criteria required to hold an NZ Government Security Clearance. Having a flexible attitude and being a team player will allow you to grow and develop in this rewarding role and within the State Services Commission.
