Assistant Administrator – Accommodation Solutions
Level 1 position

To support us through the busy 2018 applications period, one part-time (17.5 hours), fixed term Assistant Administrator position is available to provide reception and administrative assistance to our Accommodation Solutions team.
The Assistant Administrator role supports the administrative duties for Accommodation Solutions and provides administrative support to the Manager when needed.
The Assistant Administrator also works closely with the wider accommodation team, particularly the administrators. This role is often the “face” of accommodation solutions for prospective and current students, therefore interacting with and supporting students is an essential component of the role.
Other responsibilities include:
- Database and spread sheet management,
- Collection of accommodation fees as required
- General administration/customer service related to the running of the Accommodation Solutions office.
The ability to work in a team is essential, as is the capacity to work independently and contribute to the customer service experience of students seeking Accommodation assistance.
This role is an ideal entry level role for a candidate wanting to develop their administration skills with an aptitude for communication skills, who is customer service focused.
