Job Description

An exciting opportunity with a focus on building long term relationships within the upper levels of the corporate sector focusing on high value and NZX listed organisations.

We are Toitu Envirocare (Enviro-Mark Solutions Limited), and chances are you’ve already interacted with our brands – Toitu carbonzero, Toitu carbonreduce, or Enviro-Mark. You may have enjoyed carbonzero certified Yealands Wine or Steinlager beer, eaten Carbonzero certified Waitoa Chiken or used carbonzero certified ecotricity electricity, or at least know friends or family who have. You may have wondered at times how organisations like Kathmandu, The Warehouse Group, and Ngai Tahu Holdings manage their carbon emissions. The short answer is, it’s our people. We are proudly New Zealand’s leading carbon reduction solution; however, our mahi isn’t done yet! Our aim is to encourage more organisations to start their journey with us to make New Zealand and the world more sustainable.

We are looking for an enthusistic account manager with a passion and understanding of environmental and sustainability issues or management systems.

The purpose of this role is to support the management of Toitu Envirocare’s important clients and to grow the client base. This is a key business development role; it is responsible for growing the value of the business with an emphasis on the existing client base for the Toitu’s programmes and technical services. This is a mixed role with effort towards increasing revenue from both existing clients and prospects.

This position is located in Auckland (Parnell) and will be fulltime (37.5 hours per week).

If you have experience in the following:

  • A sales role preferably with key account management (three plus years)
  • Establishing relationships with senior decision-makers across a range of industries.
  • Effective delivery of sales targets in a technical sales environment (preferred)
  • Excellent computer skills (Salesforce an advantage)
