360 International Advisor

The 360 International team leads outbound student mobility for the University of Auckland.  This includes student exchange at overseas partner universities as well as the many and varied shorter term opportunities available to our students.

The University of Auckland aims to have one in four undergraduate students have had an overseas study experience by 2020. The leadership and strategic management of 360 International is key to achieving this target.

About the job

As a 360 International Advisor, you will carry out the day-to-day operation of the 360 International programme, which includes programme administration, student advising, marketing and promotion, liaison with overseas institutions and event organisation. This role is exciting and varied, and we are looking for someone enthusiastic and motivated to join our small but busy team.

This is an exciting time for the 360 International team as the University works toward an ambitious target for outbound mobility.

The successful candidate will have:

  • Exposure in running a study abroad programmes
  • Experience in working with students, partner institutions, and faculty and university administration which will be highly preferred
  • A positive, confident individual who works well as part of a team.
  • The highest standard of customer service, and understanding and appreciation of other cultures.
