These positions commence training immediately. It is anticipated that these roles will be full time through till early August, then part time on an ‘as needs basis’.

The Student Information Centre provides a “one stop shop” service through campus locations and Helpline, and requires enthusiastic, competent individuals who are able to deliver a high standard of service to the diverse university community.

Successful applicants will be available for casual shifts for at least the next 6 months.

• Excellent communication skills
• Flexible and professional attitude
• Previous experience in customer service roles
